We are ready to welcome you back! In order to serve you better please carefully read the new policies below.

Due to prolonged, close contact the personal care sector has more restrictions, regulations and recommendations than you might initially expect that other types of businesses don’t have imposed for reopening.

After reading, if you’d like to book an appointment, submit the required acknowledgement form below the policies then drop us a line so we can assist with booking. We are adjusting to the new practices and appreciate your patience while we work through them.

In accordance with Personal Care sector reopening requirements and recommendations we will be implementing the following without exception:

Health Screen: Ask questions and use infrared thermometer to assess staff and client wellness prior to entering the building.

Physical distancing: Reduced capacity for certain services (including side by side massage, side by side pedicures and Vichy treatments temporarily unavailable at this time) and multiple same-time appointments to maintain 6 feet of space between clients and service providers in the facility except when required to provide a one-on-one service.  To further practice distancing it is required to wait in your car until time for your appointment to begin. Once you arrive in our parking lot call 541.383.8282 and let us know what car you’re in. We will come out to take your temperature.  We will notify you when it is time to enter for your appointment.  Upon entering the building your provider will greet you, direct you to wash hands with warm, soapy water for a minimum of 20 seconds then guide you to your service.

Appointment only: Visits are limited to the duration of appointment only.  Amenities including the steam room, relaxation room, water, snacks and reading material will be unavailable during this time. Due to the locker room being closed, we recommend you bring as few as possible personal belongings with you to the spa. We recommend having a water bottle in your car so you can hydrate after your service. Product and gift card purchases will continue strictly as curbside pickup. Personal protective measures: Staff and clients are required to properly wear an accepted face covering over the nose and mouth at all times while in the spa except if the service requires the temporary removal of face covering as with waxing or facial. In accordance with the state indoor mask requirements, July 15, 2020, face coverings must be worn for the duration of a massage, nail treatment and any other service where removal of the mask is not integral to delivery of the service. Staff will also wear additional protective items as suitable for each service.

Cleaning and disinfecting: We are committed to maintaining our level of disinfection to state standard in addition to increased disinfection of high touch and commonly used areas and making hand sanitizer readily available. We ask that you avoid touching surfaces/items unnecessarily to help us maintain the cleanest environment.

Cliff’s Notes Version:

•I will call upon arrival and wait in my car until my temp is taken and notified when time to enter for my appointment. 
•I will enter wearing my face covering, covering my nose and mouth and keep it on unless necessary to temporarily remove for the specific service I’m receiving. 
•I will be directed to wash my hands upon entering, before my service begins. 
•I understand that side-by-side massage and side-by-side pedicures are unavailable as are all of the spa amenities and other services as denoted on the website. 
•I understand that entry to the building is by service appointment only.  All product and gift card purchases shall be ordered by telephone and delivered curbside to my car. 


I have read, understand and agree to adhere to the guidelines herein. If I have any of the following symptoms prior to my scheduled appointment I will call to cancel. I understand that a spa representative will call me the day of my appointment to ask me the required COVID-19 related questions:

  • Have you had shortness of breath?
  • Have you had a new or worsening cough?
  • Have you had inflammation of the eyes or conjunctivitis (pink eye)?
  • Have you had a change in sense of taste or smell?
  • Have you had a rash or other cutaneous (skin) manifestations?
  • Have you had a fever or uncontrollable chills?
  • Have you been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or any one who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 is the past 14 days?
