We look forward to welcoming you back when we can and want to express our deepest gratitude for the support and encouragement from all of you!
Because of prolonged, close contact the personal care sector has more restrictions, regulations and recommendations than you might initially expect that other types of businesses don’t have imposed during Phase 1 reopening. The last thing we want to see is reimposed Stay Home orders! Keeping our staff, their families, each of you and your families and our community safe by preventing further transmissions will be a top priority so you will see us implementing all of the state requirements and nearly all of the recommendations. Please see below to learn what those new policies and requirements consist of. We don’t know how long these restrictions will be in place for but will surely communicate with you as they change. Over the next 2-3 weeks (while we are awaiting our PPE delivery and watch for aby spike in new Covid-19 cases in our county we will work diligently to create our framework and coordinate as a team to adhere to the new standards and provide a safe environment for you.
Once we have our PPE and there isn’t a spike in cases we can set a date to reopen! We will contact anyone who had an appointment scheduled during the stay at home order to allow for priority booking. We ask for your patience through this process as this is unchartered territory for all of us.

In accordance with Phase 1 reopening requirements and recommendations we will be implementing the following without exception:
Health Screen: Ask questions and use infrared thermometer to assess staff and client wellness prior to entering the building.
Physical distancing: Reduced capacity for certain services (including side by side massage, side by side pedicures and Vichy treatments) and multiple same-time appointments to maintain 6 feet of space between clients and service providers in the facility except when required to provide a one-on-one service. To further practice distancing it is required to wait in your car until time for your appointment to begin. Upon entering the building clients must wash hands with warm, soapy water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
Appointment only: Visits are limited to the duration of appointment only. Amenities including the steam room, relaxation room, snacks and reading material will be unavailable during this time. Product and gift card purchases will continue strictly as curbside pickup program after we open. Please call ahead 541.383.8282 and we’re happy to assist. Personal protective measures: Staff and clients are required to wear a face covering at all times while in the spa except during the face down portion of a massage or the service requires the temporary removal of mask as with waxing or facial. Staff will also wear additional protective items as suitable for each service.
Cleaning and disinfecting: We are committed to maintaining our level of disinfection to state standard in addition to increased disinfection of high touch and commonly used areas and making hand sanitizer readily available. We ask that you avoid touching surfaces/items unnecessarily to help us maintain the cleanest environment.
